The Vintage
Upon entering the Dheune Valley, the Côte de Beaune gradually slopes towards the south. Within the “Les Gravières” Climat, the vines are planted mid-slope, facing south. The soil is composed of marls and stone debris dating from the Upper Jurassic. On the higher part, where our Chardonnay vines are planted, the soil also contains white marls.
